eLearning is an appropriate solution for CRM training projects if you need to train hundreds of users, your users are based in locations remote from one another or you are need to deliver training in multiple languages. It works best if complemented with virtual training or elements of Instructor Led Training for any particularly complex subject matter.
Use eLearning for prerequisite training
When the time you can devote to Instructor Led Training is limited, you can use eLearning to cover fundamental skills prior to classroom training. This ensures that all delegates have the same base knowledge before attending your Instructor Led Training class. You can use knowledge checks to confirm understanding and ensure that all users are ready for their follow-on in-person training.
Use eLearning as the core training method
We've faced the challenge of large, multi-lingual training projects, and understand the effort involved in ensuring they're delivered on time.
We've partnered with eLearning providers, like Webfios Ltd, to develop eLearning training for European rollouts. Our last project was a pan-European Salesforce Sales Cloud rollout to 600 users in 14 languages across 8 countries. We created the training scripts and storyboards, including demonstrations, simulations and quizzes, and Webfios produced the training modules.
We're currently working on behalf of NTT DATA on an eLearning project at Vodafone, rolling out a CPQ solution (Configure, Price, and Quote) that integrates with Salesforce to 2,000 users in the UK.
